KRANZLE K 2160 TST

The minuscule design may be decieving, however, don’t let that fool you! The Kranzle 2160 Model is beyond any domestic machine, although it looks like one, it has tenfold the power. This particular model is amongst the most common Kranzle Machines in circulation because of the small, compact design with powerful pressure outlet. Well respected within the cleaning industry due to the friendly price-tag between £800-1000, while still managing to keep quality industrial components within the strong, durable chassis. Constructed with genius, the chassis reflects high-quality after witnessing first hand these models taking wraith off elements of the world, yet still remaining in reasonable condition and primarily – works!

Majority of Kranzle models have optional attachments, Model K 2160 TST being amongst the selected machines. Potentially, you may need additional attachments to fully satisfy your cleaning project such as Dirt Killer Lance. Manufactured with great technology which features rotational spraying jets at a fraction of the usual angle, creating a narrow passage for the water and therefore results in more pressure. With a narrow passage of water means smaller surface area being covered, so Kranzle’s integrated technology has given the nozzle the ability to spin as it cleans, blasting a larger surface area.

To further support the K 2160 Model quality, it comes with a TST (Total-Stop) Version to protect the components within the unit from overheating, burning out, and overall, destruction of the machine. We know, being in the industry, that operators are prone to leaving their machines running (Sometimes all night!) resulting in some ‘pretty’ costly repairs… With this machine, you don’t have to worry!

TST Version also comes equipped with a hose reel. High-Pressure hoses can weigh quite heavy, so when attempting to wrap-up after the cleaning project, can be fairly difficult. To ease operation, the reel will neatly wrap your high-pressure hose for you. Another benefit to this feature, the reel protects the hose from being dragged across the floor, run over by vehicles and general damage – So it saves you money on replacement hoses too!

How to keep your Pressure Washer safe?

PRESSURE WASHER SECURITY

Where have I put my wallet? Where’s my phone? Where has my pressure washer gone!?  We understand that sometimes you misplace valuable possessions, as do we, but it’s not always a misplaced mistake… As few of our customers have witnessed first hand, Pressure Washers are amongst the most common cleaning equipment thefts, Aqua Blast has made this guide to potentially safeguard your machine against criminal activity. So here are a few pointers which we suggest to our valued customers as safety precautions to minimalize the risk of theft.

THINGS TO LOOK FOR, BEFORE PURCHASE.

You’re looking to purchase your new pressure washer, now if you’re going to a direct supplier, there is probably nothing to worry about – however, still worth checking, that the machine’s serial number is whole and not ‘tampered’ with. Aqua Blast Systems have been approached before to buy machines without serial numbers for a cheaper price, we refused, but that doesn’t necessarily mean other suppliers will. If you are purchasing a second-hand machine from an individual and you find it has not got a serial number, I highly suggest not pursuing with your purchase as it is most likely a stolen machine and may potentially ‘back-fire’ on you in the future.

POINT OF PURCHASE

You have just purchased your new machine (hopefully from Aqua Blast!), great! The first thing we recommend is taking note of your machine’s serial number, make and model then safely logging it either, online or in a password notebook – Preferably online, as you should always have a back-log this way. This is very important, because if your machine does ‘go missing’ you can report it to companies like ourselves, so if the ‘missing’ machine ever enters our workshop for repair, our excellent database will run through serial numbers to determine if a machine is stolen or not – If a red flag appears, police action is then taken.

Another highly advisable precaution you should take is applying SmartWater to your machine along with a warning sticker. SmartWater is a traceable liquid and forensic asset marking tool that is applied to items of value to deter theft or identify thieves. The liquid discards a long-lasting and unique identifier, whose presence is invisible except under an ultraviolet black light – However, what makes this substance so incredible, is because it’s full of millions of tiny particles; a unique number called “SIN” (SmartWater Identification Number), registered in a national police database together with the owners details, is encoded into each particle/fragment. Speaks for itself, if your machine goes missing, SmartWater can help the recovery process. And if your machine is found, it can confirm directly the owner of the machine.

OPERATION

With the above precautions in place, you should be relatively safe along with common sense – like ensuring that you store your machine in a secure location with a padlock. Nevertheless, Aqua Blast continue to give you these few final pointers which some people don’t take into consideration, for example: Beware leaving your machine unattended while going on a smoke break or lunch break – We have heard cases where machines have been stolen within the hour of the operators break, be sure to always secure your machine because leaving it on ‘display’ will most-likely bring unwanted attraction.

Try to be aware of leaving ‘tell-tale’ signs outside the location of operation, such as Hoses, brushes, lances, triggers etc. It’s no doubt that criminals look out for these particular attachments to target their next victim, leading to an investigation on your property. Which no one wants.

I hope this small article has helped you and given some ideas on how to potentially prevent theft of your machine. Stay safe.
